Thick art glass vase with crimped additions - Chinese?

Slightly green tinge to the glass of the body with purple mixed with a small amount of white encased within it. The crimped additions are clear glass.
The vase is quite heavy and measures 26cm tall. The base is concave with the rim of it frosted.
I am assuming modern import obviously but it is quite a piece.
