hello.        Presumably your torch is producing ultra violet light, so can't imagine this isn't uranium glass.

Would be useful to see a picture of the underside of the foot, and some idea of extent of wear might help to assess age.          Providing details of the height is also a usual fact which might assist.

I believe these 'pushed-in/dimpled/dented' sides were a decorative feature used during the 1920 to late 1930's period, which might tie in with your bubbled glass  -  assuming of course yours is period, and not repro.

I'd imagine finding a maker is probably a non-starter, but we have some clever folk here, so fingers crossed. :)

It's silvery mica not bubbles (any bubbles are accidental); you can see from the little squarish shapes. Czech might be a good bet

quite right - they aren't bubbles  -  I didn't blow the picture up sufficiently, and I doubt then that it's the age I had in mind.     Doesn't look to sparkle as much as I thought mica would.
