Swedish? Murano? Help please ID this glass bowl. ID = Kosta, Elis Bergh

Hi.  Could someone help identify this glass bowl please.  Blown glass with a polished pontil but quite light.  A delicate amethyst(?) colour it measures 18.5 cms at the widest part and is about 5.5 cms deep.  It weighs 350 gms.  It is marked on the base with B 1923 (I think).  Any help would be much appreciated.
