I'm almost sure that it's from the Stromberg glassworks - it has their particular "dusty" aqua blue colouring, and the design is just so... but I'm failing to track it down anywhere.

It's fairly weighty (just shy of 2kg), 20cm across, and has a large polished pontil mark taking up most of the base. Alas, no helpful signature.
