Re the signed "small blue crackled glass vase". The second word in the signature seems to be "Glass". The first word would then likely be a studio name.

The extra image in Reply #5 appears to show that the opening is bored to fit a stopper, making this small "vase" more likely a perfume bottle missing its stopper.

This does not answer the query, but it should narrow the search.
