11.5 inches tall and heavy, marked Rosenthal..Home-Designs, I presume this is quite new despite some wear, really liked the design bit different to my usual buys,

Thanks Dirk, great minds think alike, I sent them an email tea time, they said send an image and they will get back to me,

  To me the kind of mark with ´Home Design´ sounds rather recent, so I think there´s a good
chance they still have the records.

That's what I thought but couldn't find anything similar on their sites so will wait for a reply,

Just had a reply from Evamarie at Rosenthal, she said they no longer stock this vase which was known as  the 'Aiko  2' vase, well I've looked but as yet can't find diddly.. I have even emailed Arlon Bayliss who worked there for 10 years, I think, still waiting,

Strange how little companies care about keeping records of their work.

Very true, it's really annoying waiting for replies, it's not as though it costs or takes much time to email someone, why have contact details and then not answer, aaargh ! drives me batty !
