is this signed valentina murano?

hi guys
i bought this charger (dish) last year and im not sure who the signature is to me it looks like "valentina murano 1994"
the swirl design is purple and cream with reds and yellow pin stripes along the swirls see pics
if anybody has some idea please feel free to share excuse my images as my camera skills not the best
