Small Glowing Ashtray-Uranium

Hi -- Found this small (about 4 inches wide) old ashtray.  Glows like a trooper.  Not sure of maker or age??  Anyone have an idea?  Star Burst pattern on the back. 

Just kinda neat!

No idea who made it Rose but if that's a raised rim round the inside, it looks like the base of a butter dish
