Studio glass ring bowl, with unknown mark

The mark might be upside down, sot sure. Any ideas who made it please?

Nice unusual piece :).  Could it be some sort of Arabic script?  Can't make out the mark properly.

I'll try and take a better photo sometime today. Maybe it may help photographing the mark from different angles. btw, the black glass near the foot is separate from the rest. There are three sections of glass.
