Help with Modern Scandinavian (?) Unsigned Art Glass Vase

I picked this up from an estate sale recently and thought it should be signed. Nicely done piece with ebony random threading over the clear ground. Finished with a ground narrow foot ring and circular ground / polished pontil mark.

6 3/4" high, 5 1/2" in diameter and 1" (I.D.) at the top rim.

My first inclination was Scandinavian / Swedish / Kosta (?). Know it's a long shot without a siggy but any input.
