Bohemian Trailed Drip (Tadpoles?) Vase, Irridescent Finish

I believe this type of vase has been on the board before & just wondering attribution posibilities. Photo does not pick up irridescent finish on feet & drips. Small vae 5 1/4" height X 3" diameter. Thanks for any leads.
