I have a set of six of these glasses and im trying to find out a little more about them if possible, To me the shape is unusual maybe continental they appear to be made in the old georgian victorian style snapped pontil scar thick ring of wear to each glass out of the set good weight and pips and impurities present in the glass assume thay are early drinking glasses?? 4 1/4" tall, Rim dia 3 3/4", base dia 3 1/2" Thick heavy glasses. Any ideas?
