Can anyone tell me who made this piece? It was made in 1976. Thank you for any info. you provide.

Hi welcome to the GMB               may we see a picture of the whole object, please, and it's usual to provide dimensions.
Are you saying you have two identical pieces?  or two different items?

First one is a small signed picture about 3.5" tall and 2-1/4"dia.   Second is a bowl shaped piece, dated 1973 about 3" tall and 5"dia. Both signed by same artist. Thanks
