Anybody recognize these mid century bar glasses?
« on: April 05, 2015, 05:33:00 AM »
New to forum, hoping for help identifting a set of bar glasses.  They are a little over 4' tall and 3.5' across. I read the signature as "Kip".

I'm going to go out on a limb and say I don't think these were made mid last century.  Maybe this century?  Is there any wear to them at all?

The bottoms have very little wear, but I do have some 50 year old glass that looks new. No clue about age. I assumed they were old because of the style and the glass is a little wavy. Old or new, still like them and would like to know the maker.

The pattern looks like bamboo stalks... and the style reminds me of Georges Briard's work. As you are in the USA it might be an avenue to search...
