Unusual Loetz Kralik Rose Bowl????
« on: April 12, 2015, 11:59:13 AM »
Sadly my new pictures are not the best and it does have so much going on inside the glass on this vase i just cant get detail at the picture size hope somebody may recognise the design, Ive tried to track it down on loetz and kralik websites without any luck. The piece measures 43/4" tall and 5.5" wide it is very heavy for this type of glass maybe the heaviest ive had its cased two layers on the rim can be seen white inside green outside when held upto light i can only describe it as being similar to english victorian vaseline glass you can just about see  through it. It has lovely iridescence the pull ups are a mixture of deep reds and greens. Any ideas gladly received please.

I have seen a number of examples of this décor. Although these are great looking pieces, I am not aware that they have ever been solidly attributed other than most likely being Czech/Bohemian in origin.

Sorry I can not be of more help.
