Tall Clear Glass Vase WIth Green Glow from rim and base-need help with id.

Here is a beautiful green glowing vase- not sure if it is Vaseline glass / depression era or new modern studio glass. If anyone has any information or where i can extend my search at it is much appreciated thank you very much.
aprox 16'tall
aprox 4' rim diameter
aprox 3' base
aprox 7' round at its thickest point.
