TALL GLASS STUDIO VASE
« on: May 16, 2015, 02:36:52 PM »
Could anyone help me identify this glass vase?  It's not engraved and does not have a label to show country of origin/maker.  It is a heavy piece with white interior with beautiful vivid colours (as per photos attached) and is 33cm in height.

Can I assume it has a roughly ground out pontil mark?
I would think this is contemporary Chinese glass.

Many thanks for your reply Sue - yes, it does have a rough pontil mark on the base so mystery solved!  :)

You don't need to worry about using it, and it is big and bright and very cheerful. :)
