Old English maker / date?

This weighs in at 1,186gr and is 3 3/4 inches dia and 2 3/4 inch tall. The base has a ground and polished out pontil mark and is surrounded by a 1/16 inch stepped pedestal lots of ware on the base and was thinking old English but which maker / date ?

Hi.  It looks like a Richardson piece to me, probably dating to the early 20th century.
