Please Help ID this small Paperweight. ID = Chinese

Please help ID this small millefiori paperweight possibly Chinese ?.

The canes on the underside are of uneven length. The base looks flat and polished.
Diameter 1 7/8"

Agreed - very modern Chinese.  You can see similar pieces on offer new if you hunt through AliBaba for 'Murano glass paperweight'.  For example: Classic Murano Glass Paperweight .
