Large Goblet with Prunts

Could do with some help on this Goblet. 16.5cm in height. Bowl is 13 cm in diameter at its widest with lip and foot both 10.5 in diameter. It is lead glass with a great ring. Is 'multiple' knop  the correct description? With four Prunts. I cannot find anything to compare it to using my search criteria  ??? Has age wear to the base. Looks to be made in 3 parts with a snapped Pontil. Any advice welcome.
