Very Large Emerald Organic Controlled Bubble Pitcher I.D

A quite large organic shaped jug with built in handle, over 2cm thick around the rim!! Great controlled bubbles within, polished pontil to base. Any ideas as to who made it?, or has anyone seen anything similar, I thought maybe Czech, but all ideas gratefully received, thanks in advance. Size is 30cm at tallest and a heavy 2.5kg
