Tall Blue bubble squashed glass vase

Hi all,

I have this vase which is 9.5" tall and very unusual, It has internal small bubbles and semi squashed.
The base is flat with a circular inpressed mark which is frosted over, If possible need all info on it,
Age,maker,pattern,origin etc or any links to other to learn mor
