Iridescent figural vase any ideas???

This is the item on ebay that i recently purchased a slight spur of the moment one but i love it i hope, Any views on the quality or maker much appreciated i believe ive seen the figural decoration before but i cant remember im thinking it looks australian or maybe american??? Thanks for viewing..

I see what you mean about the Australian/American look of it. However, I don't recognise it as the work of any Australian maker. Perhaps when you get it you can take a clearer picture of the signature/inscription?

Thanks for reply trevor i think your right i will take your advice and study the base and post better pictures when it comes its quite unusual ive just checked the pictures out and when you click on the one after the other its like the figural subject is dancing or not least moving from one pose to another...Just a thought maybe art-deco style dance or ballet?
