Replacement milk glass flower
« on: June 24, 2015, 03:43:16 PM »
Hello, can anyone help me? I am looking for a replacement glass flower for a chandelier. I believe the brass chandelier is French and the glass is what is known as opalescent milk glass. I would be very grateful for any information! Thank you! (Ps unable to post photo as my attachment is too large???only a photo taken with my iPad, but oh well)

Hi and welcome to the GMB.

Without a photo it's difficult to advise, however, if you consult this topic:
http://www.glassmessages.com/index.php/topic,34093.0.html

Information is given on how to reduce the photo to a size that is acceptable to this board.

Try no larger than 800x600 pixels and use JPEG compression of about 75-80%. I hope this helps.

Hello and welcome to the board. If you need help posting images after following David's advice above, you could send me copies of pics and I will resize and add them for you. iPad images can be problematical to upload directly to the board for some weird reason!  yobunny AT hotmail.co.uk will reach me (change AT to @ and close up the spaces!)
