Hi, I suspect this weight is Caithness as its so well made with the central flower, no manufactures markings and a polished flat base.
Had a good look at Franks site Scotland glass but could not trace it.
8cm dia and 8.1cm tall.

I agree with Mark: modern Chinese.  Caithness rose petals have a smooth edge, whereas the Chinese ones often have two little indentations, as in the one shown above.  See this factory advert for a typical example.
