Hi Ivo,
I checked the Iittala book, but couldn't find it.
It does look familiar, though...

Iittala 'Gluck!' designed by Kati Tuominen-Niittylä, c. 1993.

The exclamation mark is part of the design name.

I've only ever seen one of these before, in pale blue. It was at my first ever talk on glass, given by the Scottish Glass Society, waaaay back when I first got interested in it. Fritz Akerboom was there, I wasn't aware of his importance at the time. I learned there that this was a Gluck! jug, (and hadn't forgotten!) but Robbo got there first, with more info. than I had.
Why am I not surprised? hiya Robbo! :-*

I love the Gluck! -series, just for the curiosity although this is a glass board, just check the Storybirds -series she designed for Arabia,
and you get which different characters designs can express. :D
