Topic: Cobalt blue helmet shaped dome?

No idea about this one any thoughts?.

There are lots of seeds inside the glass, it has a lovely bell like ring and wear to the base rim edge, the cuts on the top remind me of a couple of old Georgian rum bottles i have in green, the outer surface looks like it's had an acid wash, you can see what look like brush marks on the glass


9 inches in diameter across the base and 7 1/2 inches in height.
