It's the Institute of Glass and Ceramics in Krakow, I think.
I've been there.  :)

It started out as being about building materials, but they also showcase contemporary artists' work.
It's opposite Schindler's Factory Museum.

Anik may well know more, and if this is the correct attrubution. The logo on the label isn't the same as the institute's.  ???

However, it is a dragon, the emblem of Krakow. :)
He's blowing glass rather than his usual fire. ;D
(The dragon statue in Krakow does breathe fire.)
