Hi Cat and welcome. If you use the link below the image in GlassGallery it gives us the chance to see the larger shot as well as one you posted. Sometimes the extra detail makes all the difference in id'ing things.

The URL you need for links is the one in the File Information box below the gallery image and always ends in a - followed by numbers, so for your piece above this would be: http://glassgallery.yobunny.org.uk/displayimage.php?pos=-2425 (and it's much easier for you to copy/page than having to go search out the link to just the image.)  ;)

Having said all that I really have no idea who made your glass but I'm sure someone on the board will be able to help soon.  8)
