Any ideas what this might be please? It has a similar scallop shape base to a Percival Vickers' tumbler in their 1881 cat. but mine is a little more elaborate. I'm not too sure how to describe the pattern, but can only think that it might be a bull's eye or a moon and star pattern

There are no marks inside, but on three of the base segments are what look like the letter T, followed by a symbol which looks to be either numbers or a circle on a foot on the other two (last image).
It stands 4" high and quite heavy.
I've searched through my English pressed glass books and internet without success, but it might not of course be English.
TIA
