I recently saw the same piece (if I remember correctly), in grey crackle glass without the white lines, at a fleamarket.
It had a worn label reading "Tirolglas Kufstein".
Unfortunately there is virtually no info found on the web; but I would think it was probably made before Riedel took over the glassworks in 1955.
Artistic director then was Rolf E. Rehfeld...
