I have a pair of covered urn-shaped cut crystal apothecary jars on square bases. 10" tall. Square base measures 3 1/2" x 3 1/2". Widest diameter is appx. 4 1/2". Obtained through a historic Massachusetts estate. Trying to determine the age, pattern and possible maker.

Yes, the tops are lids.  I'll attach a few more photos.  The bottoms have a little wear and there is a small chip on one of the bottom corners.
