Topic: Iridescent ruffled bowl with moulded daisies - any ideas please?

Can anyone throw any light on this 'ere bowl, please? Ruffled rim, subtle overall iridescence and some interesting daisy motifs all over. Ground out pontil and loads of wear to the base so a good age.
