Iridescent, Art Nouveau vase with 'Tadpoles'. ID = Loetz
« on: October 14, 2015, 12:12:18 PM »
Could anyone help identify my green iridescent vase with applied 'tadpoles', height 17cm? I have not seen a similar shape, although I have seen a similar style attributed to Loetz. I wonder if the quality is not high enough to be Loetz, as there area few 'streaks' in the glass (is that from application of the iridescence?) and the pontil has only been partially polished. I would be most grateful for any replies, thank you.
