Topic: 'New' shoes... English pressed glass

4.5 inches long, 2.5 high, needed a new pair but got these instead, there is a mark, very unclear either 'Greener' or 'Davidson' any help gratefully received,

Should have added English pressed glass to the title, would a  moderator be so kind, please,

are they black glass?  Didn't Molineaux Webb make something in black glass? and I just found a basket id as Sowerby.
How do you know they are Greener or Davidson please?

They are very black, no light shows through, I've seen Sowerby black glass before except both of these have what look like the marks you find on Greener and Davidson, the upright lion, the trouble is the marks are very worn and there is not enough detail to distinguish which company was responsible. I have googled but can't find a similar pattern, will have a look at M.Webb
