Treatment is Olive Tree if I recall correctly. Blank...virtually impossible to ID as DT bought blanks from everyone including imports & she always bought cheap blanks in volume. If I had to guess its one from the WV Glass Co. made up from workers who lost their jobs because their plants closed in the early 50s & she did buy quite a few blanks from them.Most but not all of her treatments though were sand carvings not acid etches even though it looks like an etch.
