Roemer, Romer, Rummer ?

I have this Roemer, that is what I know them as, that I am trying to find info on. It is Lead Glass(Crystal), 3 part Construction with a rigaree trailed stem and a folded foot. Please correct any or all of my description. I cant find similar. Any ideas about the age of this? It is 17.5cm in Height, 8.5 diameter at the lip and 10cm at the foot.
