Nice one! Bohemian ruby flashed, cut and engraved, scalloped cut foot. Nice detail - could have been made at any time between 1860 and 1960 - give or take a few years. To google for similar styles, try 'ranftbecher'. Even if technicaly speaking yours isn't, techniques are similar. Also try 'ruby flash'.
