I have not seen one like this before.
However, the style of the "flower petals" seem consistent with the general Murano form of "upright flowers" - although those are not set as an almost flat display. The base is finished in a similar way to what I call "dead fish paperweights" (i.e the fish are set on the side at the top of the dome), probably by Fratelli Toso. The green colouring of the internal "mushroom" is also consistent with some of the "dead fish" weights.
