Unusual engraved paperweight with smily face? Scandinavian?

This is an unusual piece of glass that ive not seen the like of before i wonder if anybody might know anything about her, It seems to be a paperweight or dump in a nice feminine form with engraved face to the side. The top finnial reminds me of some of the hollmegaard cluk cluk finnials it has liberal age related wear so would imagine it being of decent age maybe 70s glassware this is just guesswork. The piece measures 63/4" tall 21/3" accross the base. Thanks for looking.
