St. Clair Kewpie Doll Paperweight - ADORABLE

<< < (2/2)

JP:
I looked in my history and found it. Yes, the seller did make a listing error. Is it bad form to post live auctions on this forum? I got seriously flamed once for posting a live auction on a coffee newsgroup, don't want to make that mistake again!

Lemme know and I will post the auction number if it's cool.

Frank:
We are quite happy to have links to eBay auctions in messages.

wrightoutlook:
As Frank states, POST THE NUMBER. References to auctions are OK because more often than not the seller is clueless or has incorrectly described the paperweight. However, I think that if you want to sell something directly yourself to members you post in the Glass Marketplace thread.

JP:
Thanks for the information!

Check out 110004450354. Is this a kewpie doll? It's a different pose, and a differently shaped weight, but very similar. MIsspelled St. Clair in the title, though not in the description.

wrightoutlook:
It is a St. Clair "kewpie" paperweight; just a different pose. Judging from the ruffled ground on which the kewpie is resting, it might have been crafted a little bit later than the other kewpies.
