This is from 1993 - Imagine - its already 22 years old.

Beautiful pink artsy vase - fell in love with a picture - it didn't disappoint.  I did find some history from it on google - but cannot seem to find it today to show you guys, meanwhile bask in the pinkness.

Well I thought this claret jug/decanter was by an Australian maker!

Thanks to you I now know better.

However, you now know yours was originally a decanter - sorry about that.

 :)
This is an acceptable pink, good and lurid, not a wishy-washy pastel. It's not dissimilar to some lurid pink splodges on a bottle I have by Gro Bergslein from Hadeland.
Very interesting texture of colours, nicely contrasting.

You have good pinks in Norway!

(I am well-known for hating pink. ;) )

Given it is not terribly old, you might have some luck in contacting the maker and asking for another stopper to be made for you?
If not, it still looks fine without it. :)
Cheers, Sue M. (she/her)

Earth without art is just eh.
