Hello again,

Here's another with a 'balloon' or octopus type pattern, it doesn't have eight legs as the other does though!

Just wondering if anybody knows the maker and the pattern please?

This is Imperial Glass (USA) "Propeller" comport.

You might enjoy looking at an old ad that features this item. Here's the link to it (on my website). The ad to look for is the one top right (Billboard 1917). See if you can spot your piece!
