Any thoughts on this one, i think it's relatively new.

10 inches in height, 5 inches across the rim and 4 inches across the base.

For what it is worth I am pretty sure I have also seen one of these vases (without enamelling) in a mottled green colour.

It seems to read; "C Jooup" to me.
