This bird was originally made by Harold Bennett of Guernsey County Glass & when Hariold passed many of his molds went to Mosser. Yes Harold made uranium glass & both he & Mosser were both located in Cambridge, Ohio.

 :)
Wow, great info, thanks!

That might well explain the lack of M in the mould, rather than the date produced?
Cheers, Sue M. (she/her)

Harold at times used a capital "B" in a diamond which gets confused as Boyd quite a bit & since both were located in Cambridge that caused the confusion. Alot of Harold's work simply carried a foil label "Genuine Handmade Bennett Glass Cambridge Ohio" which as usual is missing most of the time. Harold poured from 67 to 79 then had Mosser pour for him most of the time. I knew Harold for close to 20 years. Attached is a Chief Pontiac modeled after a car radiator cap in Jadeite he made in 81.

:)
I believe you Chris. I can see no M mark.
I'm not quite sure how this got postively sorted in the title, I do strongly suspect it could well be Mosser, but we haven't ascertained anything beyond opinion.

Because reply #1 said it was! ;)
