Happy 2016 GMB!

Perhaps somebody can help me with an 'illegible' signature?!
If you want a guess to  to start of it could be
'Jugli Ogilissy' 2004
But likewise it could be almost anything else.

Who has the 'golden tip'?
Dutch and Flemish 20th Century Factory Glass

Would a little talcum poweder rubberd over the mark with the pad of your thumb bring the lettering out?
Or is it raised, in which case, perhaps a sheet of paper and a pencil lead, using the brass-rubbing "technique"would help?

Julie Ogilvy might be my interpretation of your interpretation.  ;)
