Vaseline and Green Hollow Stem Champagne Glass

Yes, I thought Tiffin also when I saw it but I have never seen Tiffin use a combination of canary or vaseline with Reflex green. I looked in my 5 books on Tiffin and couldn't find a similar shape or color combo.

Vecila - Thank you for the information.  Can you please give me a reference or your source of info?  My Morgantown book does not cover that pattern, HMW Colored Glass 2 doesn't have it, it isn't in the Brederhoft's books, it isn't on Replacements, Ltd ....

Vaseline Glass: Canary to Contemporary authored by Dave Peterson aka Mr Vaseline Glass.  Page 96, item #1022 (#1014 also the same glass but with an amber foot and on page 97, #1041 all vaseline ).

As a post script he states "#64 Monet was originally listed as a 7.5 inch hollow stem (Decor) then as a 7.5 inch vase (1961) and finally as a "candle vase(1962). Production of #64 Monet ceased after 1963."

It is part of the Decor Line which was produced starting in 1952. The color is probably Topaz w/ a Lime foot. Both colors first production was 1958.

She provided a scan of the page which shows what looks to be a similar piece.

Armed with that info and the info Vecila provided, I went back and looked through my Morgantown Glass book by Synder and found a reprint of a Morgantown Glassware Guild Catalog from the 1960s which has a single piece shown. pages 43-45

My problem is that the height does not match (my piece is nearly 2 inches shorter) and the colors do not coincide with those listed in Synder's book.

I have written Dave Peterson aka Mr. Vaseline and asked him to comment and possibly provide the source of info from his book.

I have now heard back from Dave and his source of the information is a collector who owns all the pieces shown in his book.  He is confident in their attribution but the individual is unavailable for a few weeks while visiting family.
