I think i have seen these by Webbs in green any thought's?.

7 inches across the rim and 2 1/2 inches in height.

Stan Everson for Webb's, 1960s if I remember right, have a few myself, this is one... ;D ;D not seen that colour ,very nice !

Hello Chris, I have recently bought two large vases and the same size bowl as yours. I understand they are by webb's
and designed by Stan Eveson
There is a reference to this on page 302 of 20 th centuary british glass by Charles Hajdamach.
Looks like I was beaten to it.

What sizes do they come in?, are they ashtrays?. this one is just over 2kg a right lump.

My bowl is around the same size as yours I also have a 'pair' of vases about 6 inches tall.... ;D

I have one ashtray in green (yours looks more like teal to me, Chris) that's 6¼-in in diameter. One thing that does surprise me is that none appear to be signed 'Webb'...  ???

Just to add another image to the subject,
the purple vase is 8 inches high and the green one is 6 inches high. The bowl is as previously described.
Good value for handmade British art glass (although mass produced)
