Frosted and engraved celery vase.

Hi all, this is a recent find with a lily pad, flower and bull rush decoration.I'm guessing about 1880 ,but could be earlier?..it has the best ring of any glass I've found with lots of foot wear and a folded rim with a well done polished Pontil.I post just in case the decoration may hint at a known maker, the spacing of the decoration reminds me of cameo glass,it's 9" high.
