  I'd have thought they had enough to worry about already - see the investigations by Californian collector Ian Berke in the 1980s re the fake ABP coming out of Czechoslovakia, including some of the old pressed designs that more recently have been cut to imitate the same ...................  and don't forget the massive quantities of supposed C19 Mary Gregory glass made in the last twenty years.
Still - as they say, imitation is the sincerest for of flattery.
